As lead director, I worked across multiple countries, collaborating with international teams to shape a cohesive format that could travel across cultures and markets. Shooting on location, I refined the visual and editorial approach while leading a team of assistant directors to capture diverse perspectives, ensuring each film felt locally authentic while contributing to a unified global narrative.
